For your convenience and peace of mind we can deal with any warranty issue on tools purchased from ourselves regardless of whether or not we are an authorised repair agent. We can offer a free of charge collection, repair and delivery service for these tools. We do not ‘wash our hands’ of your problem by simply referring you to a manufacturers help line or an alternative warranty repairer like some of the other mail order or online outlets do. Remember – we are here to help.
We specialise in next day delivery to construction sites, workshops, offices and factories. With no minimum order value we can deliver to you next day Nationwide (mainland). Special delivery charges may apply to long items such as channel framing and Interclamp galvanized tube orders – we will let you know at the time of order. Upgrades such as B4 10.00am can be made to our standard carrier delivery service for a small charge – please contact us for full details. Phoned orders can be taken up to 4.30pm for a next day delivery. Locally we may be able to deliver free of charge on the same day.
For your convenience a visit to your worksite or your business by a member of our sales or technical team can be made to discuss any enquiries, issues or trading terms that may be better dealt with on a face to face basis.
Phone your order for stock lines and we will compile your order so that it’s ready for your collection. Please give ½ hours notice for this service. Our showroom is open between 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday – Friday and 8.00am to 1.00pm Saturday.
