We know that keeping working with no unnecessary downtime is of utmost importance and with this in mind our workshop is at hand to help in the event of a powertool failure.

We have a fully equipped tool repair workshop for portable electric and petrol equipment on site at the rear of our Redhill showroom, our 2 factory trained engineers having over 40 years experience between them in the power tool industry. We can repair and service most makes of professional powertools quickly and reliably using only genuine replacement parts at competitive prices. All parts and workmanship carries a 3 month warranty as standard. We can generally supply you with an estimate for repair within 2 working days and if a repair is uneconomical to proceed with our sales office can offer a replacement at a competitive price. We carry a large stock of spare parts for most makes of popular tools enabling us to make a fast turnaround of your tool. Alternatively if you wish to repair you tool yourself we can supply all spare parts available from our comprehensive technical database.

Routine maintenance and service of your tools and equipment will prolong life expectancy and help you adhere to the Electricity at Work Act and other Health & Safety regulations.

We are a warranty repair agents for many of the industrial powertool brands and can offer a free of charge collection, repair and delivery service for those tools that have been purchased from ourselves (Proof of purchase required). For your convenience and peace of mind we can deal with any warranty issue on tools purchased from ourselves regardless of whether or not we are an authorised repair agent. When undertaking a warranty repair on tools not purchased from ourselves a collection and delivery charge will be made. Please check with our workshop at the time of any possible charges.

PAT Testing
There is a responsibility for PAT testing on all employers, employees and the self-employed. It is your responsibility to comply with The Health & Safety at Work Acts and The Electricity at Work Acts which ensures that you have taken adequate steps to ensure that there is no danger resulting from the use of such equipment. Where equipment is repaired or serviced, supplied to others or used by employees the acts place an obligation to check the safety of equipment and keep a clear traceable record. We can PAT test tools in our workshop or onsite testing can be carried out dependent on location.
