Cross recess countersunk self-tapping screw AB Rec type are designed and manufactured to BS 4174. They are case hardened to prevent both shearing under load and resistance to excess torque pressure. They are plated in Trivalent Chromium (CR3) zinc 3 microns, with a self-tapping 60 degree thread for ease of insertion.
